Privacy policy
We keep this simple: Cirrus Run has no accounts and collects no personal information itself. This page explains what is stored on your device and how advertising works.
What we store on your device
The game saves your best score in your browser's local storage (localStorage). This value never leaves your device and we cannot see it. You can remove it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. We do not use any other local storage or cookies of our own.
Accounts and personal data
There is no sign-up, no login and no backend that receives your name, email address or other account data today. If that changes in the future, for example for a promotion, we will update this policy before collecting anything and explain what is collected and why.
Advertising with Google AdSense
We will use Google AdSense to show ads in the game. At the moment these are optional rewarded ads that you can watch to continue a run. Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, to prevent fraud, and, where permitted, to show personalized ads based on your interests and previous visits. We do not control this data and do not receive it in a form that identifies you.
You can learn more and manage your choices here:
- How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services
- Google Ad Settings, where you can turn off personalized advertising
- Google Privacy Policy
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop you from playing, though ads may be less relevant or unavailable.
Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will be asked for your consent through a Google-certified consent management message before personalized ads or ad-related storage are used. You can change your choice later where the message offers that option.
Children
Cirrus Run is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, tell us on the contact page and we will look into it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the game changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
